Do you really answer after hours?
Yes. The phone is answered 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including weekends and public holidays. If it is an emergency, phone rather than emailing us.
Do you issue COC certificates?
Yes. We inspect the installation, correct anything that does not meet SANS 10142, and issue the Certificate of Compliance on completion. It is the same certificate your buyer, tenant or insurer will ask for.
Which areas do you cover?
We are based at 107 Boardwalk Blvd in Faerie Glen and cover Pretoria East, greater Pretoria, Centurion and Midstream. If your suburb is not on our list, phone us and we will confirm.
Do you charge a call-out fee for quotes?
It depends on the job and where you are. Some quotes we do at no charge, others need a site visit first. Give us a call and we will tell you upfront before we send anyone out.
Can you help with solar and load shedding backup?
Yes. We install inverters, batteries and solar panels, wire the essentials sub board and set the system up so the important circuits keep running during load shedding.
